Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your city. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad usually get orders faster, remote areas may take a bit longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are Rs. 250 on average and may vary depending on your delivery area.

Cash on Delivery

Most orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your package arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery smoother.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

Packaging

All orders are packed discreetly. Your parcel will not show product names or branding that reveals what’s inside, this is standard for personal safety items.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If they can’t reach you, please stay available on your phone or update your address if needed. Orders returned after failed attempts may be reshipped with an additional delivery charge.

Areas We Don’t Deliver To

Order Changes
